It all started in the summer of 2017 when founder Caroline Brooks bought a ‘luxury’ bathroom towel from a big high street store. Disappointed by its lack of absorbency she began designing her own Egyptian cotton range, to be irresistibly soft, fluffy and of course super absorbent.
Hampton and Astley is a UK based brand that was born when the two founders became frustrated with the quality of so called luxurious towels. The founder quickly realised that the towels purchased from the high street store were of horrendous quality, not drying anything, shedding everywhere, creating huge amounts of mess and also losing a significant amount of softness after only one round in the washing machine. Hampton and Astley was born to change all of this, the Hampton and Astley towels are made from 100% Egyptian cotton ensuring that quality is never compromised.
