Cashback is only available when you click through from our site and make your purchase immediately — in the same browser session. Don’t open close your browser, or come back later, as all brands have a limited timescale for activating and confirming cashback.
Make sure your browser allows tracking.
Cashback relies on cookies and tracking links. Don’t use incognito/private browsing, ad blockers, or privacy extensions, as they may block tracking and result in missed cashback.
Cashback usually doesn’t include national sales taxes like VAT, state sales taxes, or delivery.
Most retailers only pay cashback on the final product price before tax, shipping, and other fees. If there’s a minimum spend required, only the product subtotal counts.
Shop online — completely online.
Cashback only works on purchases completed fully online. No phone orders, in-store purchases, or app checkouts (unless explicitly stated).
Expect “pending” status within 30 days.
Your cashback should show as pending in your account within 30 days, often much sooner. If not, submit a missing cashback claim after 30 days of your purchase, and up to 1 year.
Cashback rates can change.
Rates may go up or down at any time without notice. The rate you see at the time of your click is the one that should apply, but retailers can change or withdraw their offers. Some retailers also reduce or don’t pay cashback on certain items or product types, so keep a lookout for these.
Some cashback tracks at a temporary rate.
It’s normal for cashback to initially track at a lower or higher rate. Once the retailer confirms your purchase, it’ll update to the correct rate.
Lowest rate applies to mixed baskets.
If you buy items with different cashback rates in a single purchase, the lowest rate may apply to the entire order.
