1.2 Document Construction

Section headings serve navigational purposes only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a clause automatically includes its subordinate provisions. Words in singular form encompass plural meanings and conversely. The term "including" should be understood as "including but not limited to."

SECTION 2: AGREEMENT AND CHANGES

2.1 Terms for Platform Use

These Terms set out the conditions for using the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform, you agree to follow these Terms. Our supplementary policies, specifically our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, also apply to your use of the Platform and should be read alongside these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

2.2 Revisions to Terms

We retain the authority to update or modify these Terms whenever necessary. Any revisions take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform, indicated by an updated Date of Effect. We may notify you of significant changes through email or platform notifications. By continuing to use the Platform after modifications are posted, you indicate your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you find any changes unacceptable, you may close your Account as detailed in Section 5.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If any term is found to be unfair under UK consumer protection legislation, that term will not be enforceable, but the remainder of these Terms will continue to apply.

2.3 Supplementary Conditions

Particular Platform features, promotional campaigns, or merchant partnerships may have their own Specific Conditions. When Specific Conditions contradict these general Terms, the Specific Conditions will take precedence, but only regarding that particular feature or promotion.

SECTION 3: USER ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

3.1 Qualification Criteria

To create an Account and earn Rewards, you are required to:

  • Have reached at least eighteen (18) years of age;
  • Hold legal residency status in the United Kingdom;
  • Be able to read and agree to terms under the laws of the United Kingdom;
  • Possess a UK-registered bank account or UK PayPal account for withdrawal purposes.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold just one (1) Account. Establishing multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and may lead to the suspension or closure of all related accounts, with forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or limit Platform access to individuals in regions affected by UK or worldwide economic sanctions, trade restrictions, or where our operations would breach local regulations or create unacceptable legal or commercial risks.

3.4 Registration Process

When registering, you must supply truthful, up-to-date, and comprehensive details. You commit to keeping your Account information current and accurate at all times. Submitting false, deceptive, or obsolete information may result in your Account being suspended or permanently closed.

3.5 Account Protection

Safeguarding your login details remains your responsibility. You must alert us without delay if you become aware of any unauthorised Account access. We accept no liability for losses stemming from unauthorised access except where such losses result from our negligence or failure to meet our obligations.

3.6 Cross-Border Access

Whilst people residing outside the United Kingdom may browse the Platform for information, only those with UK residency and either a UK-based bank account or UK PayPal account may qualify to earn and receive Rewards.

3.7 Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days of registration without giving any reason. However, if you request that we begin providing services (i.e., tracking purchases and earning Rewards) during the cancellation period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once those services have been fully performed. You may cancel by contacting customer support.

SECTION 4: PLATFORM OPERATION

4.1 Affiliate Marketing Structure

Love Cashback functions as an affiliate marketing service. When you make an eligible purchase via a tracked retailer link, the retailer or its Affiliate Network pays us a referral fee. A percentage of this fee is then passed to you in the form of Rewards.

4.2 No Commission Assurance

We cannot guarantee that every transaction will generate a commission payment. Whether commissions are earned, the applicable rates, tracking accuracy, and payment receipt all depend on merchant terms, technical systems, and external factors outside our jurisdiction.

4.3 Retailer Arrangements

Our connections with retailers and Affiliate Networks are entirely independent. We do not act as an agent, employee, or representative for any retailer. Retailers retain the right to alter or cease their Platform participation at any moment without prior notification.

4.4 Rate Information

The cashback rates shown represent the information available when published, however these rates may be modified without warning by retailers or affiliate networks. We cannot provide assurance that the rates displayed will match those ultimately received.

4.5 Not a Financial Service

Love Cashback is not a financial institution and does not provide regulated financial services or financial advice. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Cashback Rewards are promotional rebates, not investment returns or financial products.

SECTION 5: MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT

5.1 Account Upkeep

You are required to maintain a functioning email address and receive essential service messages concerning Account security, terms updates, and communications. Whilst you may unsubscribe from marketing messages, operational and legal notifications remain compulsory.

5.2 Dormant Accounts

An Account becomes dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months without login activity. We reserve the right to apply a reasonable monthly administrative charge to dormant Accounts. Any such charges will be communicated to you via email before being implemented.

5.3 Temporary Account Suspension

We may temporarily restrict access to your Account under the following circumstances:

  • Where we have reason to suspect fraudulent conduct or breaches of these Terms;
  • When your Account details are found to be inaccurate or insufficient;
  • Whilst identity verification procedures remain outstanding;
  • Following receipt of legal demands requiring such action;
  • When technical or security concerns make suspension necessary.

Whilst suspended, you will be unable to accrue new Rewards or submit withdrawal requests. However, suspension does not release you from existing contractual responsibilities.

5.4 Closing Your Account

You are entitled to request Account closure at any point by reaching out to our customer support team. Prior to completing the closure process, we shall:

  • Show your current Approved Balance;
  • Show any Awaiting Rewards;
  • Require withdrawal of any Available Balance that meets or exceeds the Withdrawal Threshold.

5.5 Balance Handling at Closure

When your Account is closed:

  • Balance ≥ Withdrawal Threshold: You must withdraw these funds before we can process your closure request. Failure to withdraw these funds within a reasonable timescale or failure to respond to our communications will result in forfeiture of that balance.
  • Approved Balance < Withdrawal Threshold but > £0: These funds will be forfeited unless applicable legislation prevents such forfeiture.
  • Pending: All outstanding Pending balance will be cancelled and shall not become payable, irrespective of any subsequent merchant confirmation.
  • Nil Balance: Closure proceeds without delay.

5.6 Information Retention Following Closure

After Account closure, your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. To meet regulatory requirements, certain transaction records may be preserved in anonymised format (for instance, recorded as "User [random identifier]" instead of your actual name). Following anonymisation, these transactions cannot be reconnected to your identity. Should a retailer subsequently approve payment for an anonymised transaction, we are unable to credit you and shall retain such funds in accordance with Section 11.

5.7 Permanence of Closure

Closing your Account represents a final and irreversible action. Neither closed Accounts nor forfeited balances can be recovered or reinstated under any conditions.

5.8 Involuntary Account Termination

We retain the right to terminate your Account with immediate effect in the following situations:

  • Serious violation of these Terms;
  • Engagement in fraudulent or unlawful conduct;
  • Persistent breaches of retailer conditions;
  • Actions that disrupt Platform functionality or security;
  • At our absolute discretion, with or without specific cause.

Following involuntary termination, you shall forfeit all Rewards, including Available Balance, unless such forfeiture is prohibited under applicable law.

SECTION 6: ACCUMULATING REWARDS

6.1 Eligible Purchases

To accumulate Rewards, the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • Navigate to the retailer's website through a monitored link supplied by the Platform;
  • Finalise your purchase during one continuous browsing session directly after clicking through. Please note that each retailer has different cookie tracking periods, generally between 14 and 30 days, though sometimes shorter, so purchases should be completed promptly;
  • Permit cookies and refrain from using advertisement blockers, VPN services, private or incognito browsing modes, or similar technologies that disrupt tracking mechanisms;
  • Avoid using alternative cashback platforms, affiliate links, voucher extensions, or referral codes within the same session;
  • Conclude the purchase whilst the promotion remains valid and prior to any expiry date;
  • Adhere to all retailer sale conditions and any Specific Conditions relevant to the promotion.

6.2 Tracking Mechanisms

Reward monitoring depends upon cookies, tracking pixels, device identification, and external affiliate tracking platforms operated by third parties. We do not control these tracking systems and have no means of determining when they fail to function correctly. We rely entirely on the networks to report transaction data to us. Tracking may be unsuccessful due to:

  • Browser configuration or privacy protection tools;
  • Technical difficulties at the retailer's end;
  • Affiliate Network malfunctions;
  • Internet connection interruptions;
  • Application of discount codes not supplied by the Platform;
  • Switching between multiple devices or browsers mid-transaction;
  • Abandoning a basket and subsequently purchasing without clicking through again.

We accept no responsibility for tracking failures arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures in third-party tracking systems that we do not operate or monitor.

6.3 Ineligible Purchases

The following purchase types do not qualify for Rewards unless explicitly indicated otherwise:

  • Acquisition of gift vouchers, store credit, or monetary equivalents;
  • Purchases made using unauthorised promotional codes;
  • Orders cancelled or returned by either yourself or the retailer;
  • Items purchased for business resale purposes;
  • Orders identified as fraudulent by the retailer or payment handler;
  • Purchases completed without appropriate tracking;
  • Transactions that breach retailer service conditions.

6.4 Reward Categories

Rewards move through these distinct categories:

  • Activated: Click activity detected but the purchase has not yet received retailer validation.
  • Pending: Retailer has acknowledged the purchase but payment remains outstanding.
  • Approved: Retailer has validated the purchase and the Reward may be withdrawn.
  • Paid: Reward has been paid out from your Account.
  • Void: Purchase did not meet criteria or was declined by the retailer.

6.5 Confirmation Timeframes

Retailers generally confirm purchases within thirty (30) to ninety (90) days, although periods differ considerably. Certain retailers necessitate substantially extended timeframes. Rewards remain in the Awaiting category until retailer confirmation and may be deemed Invalid at any stage before payment.

6.6 Commission Processing

Rewards become Available only following our receipt of commission from the retailer or Affiliate Network. Retailers may postpone payment for extended periods or decline payment altogether should they determine a purchase fails to satisfy their conditions.

SECTION 7: PROMOTIONAL OFFER CONDITIONS

7.1 Retailer-Specific Terms and Conditions

Individual promotions may incorporate Terms and Conditions including:

  • Exclusions of particular product categories;
  • Minimum spend thresholds;
  • Upper limits on cashback amounts;
  • Territorial limitations;
  • Requirements for first-time customers;
  • Restrictions on voucher code usage;
  • Time-limited availability.

7.2 Customer Obligations

You bear sole responsibility for examining and observing retailer specific Terms and Conditions prior to completing any purchase. Terms and Conditions appear on the corresponding promotion page and are integrated into these Terms by reference. Non-compliance with Specific Conditions may lead to Reward rejection.

7.3 Promotional Amendments

Retailers maintain the right to alter or withdraw promotions without advance warning. Whilst we make efforts to refresh promotional information promptly, we cannot ensure instantaneous accuracy. The conditions active at the moment you click through shall apply, assuming the purchase is correctly tracked.

SECTION 8: PAYMENT PROCESSING AND WITHDRAWALS

8.1 Withdrawal Threshold

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Available Balance reaches or surpasses the Withdrawal Threshold of twenty pounds sterling (£20.00). We reserve the right to modify the Withdrawal Threshold without advance notice.

8.2 Available Payment Options

Funds may be withdrawn through:

  • Transfer to a UK-registered PayPal account;
  • Bank transfer to a UK banking institution;
  • Digital gift vouchers;
  • Donations to registered charities;
  • Additional methods that may be introduced periodically.

8.3 Payment Account Details

You must supply correct payment account information. We shall not be held accountable for:

  • Processing delays or failures resulting from inaccurate details;
  • Charges levied by external payment service providers;
  • Foreign exchange conversion costs;
  • Unsuccessful payments arising from closed or restricted payee accounts.

8.4 Payment Processing Duration

Withdrawal requests are generally completed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days, although extensions may occur owing to verification procedures, payment processor timetables, or system complications. We do not provide guarantees regarding specific processing durations.

8.5 Identity Verification Procedures

We may require proof of identity, tax-related documentation, or anti-fraud verification before processing payments, particularly for:

  • Initial withdrawal requests;
  • Substantial payment sums;
  • Accounts displaying atypical activity;
  • Adherence to money laundering prevention regulations.

Should you fail to submit requested materials within thirty (30) days, your withdrawal may be declined and your Account potentially closed.

8.6 Failed Payment Transactions

Should a payment fail owing to incorrect payee details, we may impose a reprocessing charge not exceeding five pounds (£5.00). Following three (3) unsuccessful payment attempts, we may restrict withdrawal capabilities pending Account examination.

8.7 Taxation Obligations

You bear complete responsibility for all applicable taxes, including income tax, on Rewards obtained. We may disclose payment information to HM Revenue & Customs or other relevant authorities as legally mandated. We do not offer tax guidance or advice.

SECTION 9: BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS AND REVERSALS

9.1 Rectification of Errors

We maintain the authority to amend any Reward sum arising from:

  • System errors or technical failures;
  • Clear pricing or computational inaccuracies;
  • Erroneous commission information from retailers or Affiliate Networks;
  • Repeated tracking or duplicate crediting.

9.2 Retailer Commission Reversals

Should a retailer or Affiliate Network retract commission payment for any cause, including but not limited to:

  • Item returns or order cancellations;
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks;
  • Findings that the purchase failed to qualify;
  • Suspected fraudulent conduct;

We shall reverse the associated Reward, regardless of whether it was previously categorised as Pending, Approved, Pending Payment or Paid. Should your Account balance prove insufficient to accommodate the reversal, your balance may enter negative territory. You consent to repay negative balances when requested.

9.3 Adjustment Timeline

Amendments may be implemented at any juncture, including subsequent to Reward withdrawal. We shall endeavour to inform you of significant adjustments via email where reasonably practical.

9.4 Fraud Prevention Measures

We utilise both automated systems and manual review processes for fraud detection. Accounts demonstrating questionable behaviour may have Rewards withheld or reversed whilst under investigation. Indicators of potential abuse encompass but are not restricted to:

  • Abnormally elevated purchase volumes;
  • Frequent returns or cancellations;
  • Operation of multiple accounts;
  • Collaborative activity with other users;
  • Manipulation of system errors.

SECTION 10: UNTRACKED CASHBACK ENQUIRIES

10.1 Enquiry Timeframe

Should an eligible purchase fail to register in your Account within thirty (30) days following purchase, you may lodge an enquiry within ninety (90) days from the original transaction date. Enquiries submitted beyond ninety (90) days shall not be considered for review.

10.2 Supporting Evidence Requirements

Enquiries must incorporate:

  • Order acknowledgement email or purchase receipt;
  • Date and value of transaction;
  • Retailer identification;
  • Evidence of payment completion;
  • Verification that you accessed the Platform directly before making the purchase.

10.3 Enquiry Assessment

We shall examine enquiries with due diligence but cannot ensure successful resolution. Numerous retailers do not accommodate manual enquiries or supply retrospective tracking data. Enquiry acceptance remains at our absolute discretion and relies upon retailer collaboration.

10.4 Non-Qualifying Enquiries

We are unable to process enquiries for:

  • Purchases that were monitored but marked Invalid by the retailer;
  • Transactions that fail to satisfy eligible purchase criteria;
  • Orders from retailers who do not support our manual enquiry procedures;
  • Purchases where you cannot furnish sufficient documentation.

SECTION 11: DORMANT FUNDS AND LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

11.1 Dormant Account Treatment

Where your Account remains inactive without login activity for an extended period (typically three (3) to five (5) years, as determined by our internal policies), your Approved Balance may be considered dormant and dealt with in accordance with applicable UK law and our obligations under the Dormant Assets legislation where relevant.

11.2 Jurisdictional Application

As a UK-registered company, we shall handle dormant balances in compliance with UK legal requirements and may make such funds available to authorised dormant asset schemes or reclaim funds as permitted under applicable legislation.

11.3 Advance Warning

We shall make reasonable attempts to contact you via email before designating funds as dormant. Nevertheless, failure to receive or acknowledge such notification does not prevent dormancy classification.

11.4 Reclaim Procedures

Should funds be designated as dormant and transferred in accordance with legal requirements, you may be entitled to reclaim them through applicable procedures. Following such transfer, we cannot restore these amounts directly.

11.5 Closed Account Residual Balances

When you voluntarily close your Account holding a balance beneath the Withdrawal Threshold, such funds are forfeited to Love Cashback unless consumer protection legislation mandates otherwise. Should subsequent retailer payments arrive following Account closure and anonymisation, we cannot reconnect them to your identity and shall handle such amounts according to our legal obligations regarding unclaimed funds.

SECTION 12: INVITATION PROGRAMME

12.1 Programme Structure

Our invitation programme, when available, enables users to receive bonuses for introducing new members. Programme conditions, reward amounts, and eligibility requirements may be altered without advance notification.

12.2 Anti-Abuse Measures

We maintain the authority to:

  • Refuse or retract invitation bonuses where fraud or misuse is suspected;
  • Restrict the quantity of invitations per individual;
  • Close accounts participating in mass promotion, incentivised registrations, or self-invitation;
  • Mandate verification procedures before distributing invitation bonuses.

12.3 Programme Alterations

We may revise, pause, or discontinue the invitation programme at any moment without obligation for outstanding bonuses not yet approved.

All materials, software, designs, logos, trademarks, trading names, and other intellectual property appearing on the Platform belong to Love Savings Group Limited or our licensors and receive protection under United Kingdom, international, and relevant intellectual property legislation.

13.2 Restricted Licence

We provide you with a restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and utilise the Platform for personal, non-commercial activities in compliance with these Terms. This licence expressly prohibits:

  • Copying, distributing, altering, or developing derivative works;
  • Commercial use of Platform materials;
  • Deployment of automated systems to access, harvest, or extract information;
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling Platform software;
  • Eliminating proprietary markings or attributions.

13.3 Brand Usage

You must not employ Love Cashback trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation. Unauthorised usage may constitute trademark violation.

13.4 External Intellectual Property

Retailer names, logos, and trademarks shown on the Platform remain the property of their respective proprietors. Their appearance on the Platform does not suggest endorsement of Love Cashback by such retailers.

14.4 Age-Restricted Goods

Certain retailers offer age-restricted items such as alcohol, tobacco, or adult materials. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring adherence to all relevant age and legal requirements.

SECTION 15: BALANCE BOOSTERS AND THIRD-PARTY LEAD OFFERS

15.1 Nature of Balance Boosters

Balance Boosters are promotional offers provided by independent third-party companies (“Booster Partners”). These are typically cost-per-lead (CPL) arrangements where you may be asked to register, sign up, request a quote, or otherwise provide personal information directly to the Booster Partner in exchange for a cashback reward credited to your Account.

15.2 Our Role as Intermediary

Love Cashback acts solely as an intermediary that connects you with Booster Partner offers. We do not operate, manage, or control Booster Partner websites, services, products, or data processing activities. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any Booster Partner’s services, claims, or practices.

15.3 Your Data and Third-Party Privacy

When you activate a Balance Booster and engage with a Booster Partner, any personal data you submit is provided directly to that Booster Partner. We have no control over how Booster Partners collect, store, use, share, or otherwise process your personal data. The Booster Partner’s own terms and conditions and privacy policy govern the handling of any data you provide to them, not ours.

15.4 Your Responsibility

Before participating in any Balance Booster offer, you should:

  • Carefully read and understand the Booster Partner’s terms and conditions;
  • Carefully read and understand the Booster Partner’s privacy policy;
  • Understand what personal data is being requested and for what purpose;
  • Consider whether you are comfortable sharing that data with the Booster Partner;
  • Be aware that the Booster Partner may use your data for marketing, profiling, or sharing with their own third parties as described in their privacy policy.

15.5 Participation at Your Own Risk

Participation in Balance Booster offers is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. We accept no liability for:

  • Any use or misuse of your personal data by a Booster Partner;
  • Any communications, marketing, or contact you receive from a Booster Partner or their affiliates;
  • The quality, accuracy, or legality of any Booster Partner’s services or products;
  • Any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your interaction with a Booster Partner.

15.6 Balance Booster Rewards

Rewards for Balance Booster offers are subject to confirmation by the Booster Partner via our affiliate tracking systems. We reserve the right to reverse or adjust any Balance Booster reward if the Booster Partner reports that the required action was not completed, was fraudulent, or otherwise did not meet their qualification criteria.

SECTION 16: PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

15.1 Forbidden Actions

You commit not to:

  • Manipulate tracking mechanisms or participate in click manipulation;
  • Establish multiple accounts or utilise others' accounts;
  • Exploit system errors or vulnerabilities for advantage;
  • Acquire goods for commercial resale via the Platform.

15.2 Consequences

Breaching these prohibitions may lead to:

  • Notification to law enforcement agencies;
  • Legal proceedings to recover losses.

SECTION 17: PRIVACY AND INFORMATION PROTECTION

16.1 Privacy Policy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.lovecashback.co.uk/privacy, which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Certain jurisdictions prohibit exclusion of implied conditions. Within such jurisdictions, the preceding exclusions may not apply to you, and you may possess additional statutory rights under consumer protection legislation.

SECTION 19: LIABILITY RESTRICTIONS

18.1 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the aggregate liability of Love Savings Group Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and representatives for any claim arising from or connected to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the lesser of:

  • One hundred pounds sterling (£100.00); or

18.2 Excluded Categories of Loss

Under no circumstances shall we bear liability for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses;

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Breach of the terms implied by section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

Where any term of this agreement is found to be unfair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, that term shall not bind you, though the remainder of these Terms will continue to apply to the extent permissible. In jurisdictions that restrict limitation of consequential losses, our liability is constrained to the maximum extent legally permissible.

SECTION 20: INDEMNITY

19.1 Indemnification Commitment

You commit to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Love Savings Group Limited, its parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or charges (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

SECTION 21: REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

20.1 Anti-Money Laundering Obligations

We adhere to relevant anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) legislation. We reserve the authority to:

  • Demand identity verification documentation;
