Cashback is available only on completed, full-priced orders placed through eligible tracked links. Orders that are cancelled, returned, or refunded will not qualify for cashback.
Cashback is not available on purchases made with discount or voucher codes unless the code is specifically provided on the Diamonds Factory website. Cashback is calculated on the net purchase amount, excluding GST, shipping, and any applied discounts. Purchases made outside the 30-day tracking period will not be eligible.
